1. PSA Oxygen Plant Set Up Cost

The cost of investing PSA oxygen generator varies depending on the purity, flow rate, pressure, altitude, voltage, and component brand. In general. The price to start a containerized oxygen generator is $50,000 for 20 m³/h of oxygen capacity. It includes 20GP container, no foundation required, no installation, one button start. Payback time is 1-2 years. We will help you calculate the right oxygen solution for you.

2. Nitrogen Plant Set Up Cost

We produce PSA nitrogen and liquid nitrogen plant, depending on the flow rate and purity, purity can produce from 95% – 99.999% . The ROI of a nitrogen generator is 6-18 months and can be paid back quickly. Start a 20m³/h, purity 99.999% nitrogen generator, the price is $12000

3. Air Separtion Unit Set Up Cost

We offer competitively priced air separation unit, mainly for large air separation plants in the 300-50,000 Nm3/h range. The price starts from $100,000. The price of air separation equipment is determined by the type of output media, production, purity, etc. The equipment is low maintenance and can pay for itself quickly, and we provide free design solutions.

4.Transportation And Others

Shipping cost: PSA equipment 20GP- 2✖40HC container, the cheapest cost is only USD300; air separation equipment may need to be shipped by the bulk carrier depending on the situation. Parts maintenance costs: air separation unit needs to be decided depending on the situation.
