Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of products and services provided by Jiangsu Pneuma Tech Co., L. By engaging with our company for the purchase of equipment, engineering solutions, or consulting services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Quotations & Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance and deposit receipt. Custom-built systems may require additional lead time depending on complexity and project scope.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD or CNY unless agreed otherwise.
• Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment (or as per contract).
• Bank transfer fees or transaction costs are borne by the client.

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping agents, or force majeure.
• On-site installation or commissioning, if required, must be agreed separately and may involve additional fees.

4. Product Warranty

Our equipment is covered by a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to misuse, wear and tear, or third-party damage.

5. Intellectual Property

All technical drawings, software, documentation, and engineering content provided remain the intellectual property of Jiangsu Pneuma Tech unless explicitly transferred by contract. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract in case of material breach, insolvency, or mutual agreement. Upon termination, all unpaid amounts become due immediately.

8. Confidentiality

All business, engineering, or client data shared during collaboration shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising shall be settled through friendly negotiation or submitted to the jurisdiction of the court where our company is registered.
